Final Booking
Booking is not complete until we have received both this completed form, and the $100 booking fee (or 50% fee for bookings totaling $600 or more). When we have received both, we will confirm via text.
Terms & Conditions
Balloonigami contractually agrees to have agreed upon number of entertainer(s) at listed location, date and time to entertain children and/or adults. In exchange the client agrees to pay Balloonigami for the agreed upon services.
1. The booking fee is non refundable. In the event of a cancellation on behalf of the client for any reason (including sickness or weather), the client must notify Balloonigami 1 week prior to the event if they wish to reschedule, in which case the booking fee is held until a reschedule date is decided upon. For clients who are paying in full, or who we have waived the booking fee, a $100 charge will be made to compensate the artists.
2. For cancellations within 1 week of the event, the client forfeits the booking fee, and a new fee must be paid if they wish to reschedule.
3. For events with a total over $600, cancellations within 1 week requires the full amount to be paid to Balloonigami in order to compensate the artist(s).
The entertainer is retained as an independent contractor, therefore, Balloonigami cannot be held liable for damages sustained in relation to this engagement.
The fee indicated herein shall not be decreased, under any circumstances whatsoever, including decreasing the length of the performance.
*The client is responsible for providing a shaded area for the performer(s)
*Artists will often take photos at the event of children for promotional purposes of our services. It is the client’s responsibility to alert their guests of this. If any parent does not want their child to be photographed, they must let the artist know.
*The client is responsible for providing free and reasonable parking for the performers, as well as reimbursements for any parking fees needed to access the event
